Delivery method:
If you need to specify a courier company, please contact customer service to determine the courier fee and confirm whether the courier can reach the delivery address. If the courier cannot reach the delivery address and needs to be forwarded to another courier company, the buyer will need to cover the additional shipping costs incurred by the forwarding.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days after receipt. The item must be brand new, unused, and retained in its original packaging and all accessories.
Conditions not eligible for return: items with obvious signs of use, unauthorized disassembly, customized products, missing accessories, non-quality issues, customized products not eligible for return or exchange, items damaged due to improper use or human factors
Return shipping fee:
For returns not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
